Kenny Thompson created the Cedar Valley Bassmasters way back in day. From that moment on, so many lifetime friendships have been created from his vision to bring bass anglers together for competitive bass fishing in the heart of Northeast Iowa.
The Cedar Valley Bassmasters continue one of the best OPENS in the state by honoring his name in the Kenny Thomson Memorial out of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
